DENTAL INSURANCE ACCEPTED
We accept all patient regardless of their dental insurance status. Our office is happy to bill to all insurance companies. However, to provide the best possible care for our patients we at Creekview Dental do not let insurance dictate your treatment. As an out-of-network provider, we are able to spend more time with each of our patients and provide treatment based on what the doctor and each individual patient decides is best for them.
